Deposits

- Deposits are nonrefundable

- hippie mama image requires deposits for all sessions at the time of booking

Cancellation

-Without 24 hour notice will result in fee

- hippie mama image has the right to refuse future services if no notice of cancellation

Albums + Prints

-Albums will be up for 30 days unless told otherwise

- If your album needs to be re-uploaded there will be a $30 fee

Travel Fee

-Travel fee will be required if location is 1hr from Tahlequah,OK

Mini Sessions

-All mini sessions are posted on the hippie mama image Facebook page
